She was predeceased by: her mother Jo Mortenson; her sister Mary Giles; and her brother-in-law Jim Sweeney. She is survived by: her husband Dr John E Sweeney; her brother Tom Mortenson (Mary Ellen Becker); and her in-law George W. Sweeney Cynthia (Jim Chotas). She is also survived by 8 nieces and 2 nephews; and many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bradshaw Funeral Home (2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN 55082). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
