We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2024, at the age of 68, Joel Tracy of Stillwater, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Jean. He is survived by: his wife Delia Flynn; his children, Britt Tracy and Abigail Tracy; his father James Tracy; and his siblings, James Tracy (Susan), Joy Tracy, Jon Tracy and Jane Christensen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of dear friends.
