He was predeceased by: his son Case; and his brothers, Tom and Richard. He is survived by: his spouse Jan; his children, Cory (Shannon), Kellei St (Eric) and Kerry Johnson (Greg); his daughter-in-law Jamie; and his brother Jim (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
