She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stearns and Eunice Stearns (Witham); her husband Arthur Rutscher II; her sister Margaret Haley (Paul); and her granddaughter Christine M. Rutscher.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela (Scott), Arthur III (Carol), Robert (Carol) and Steven (Susan); her grandchildren, Kim, Beth, Nicole, Brian, Nathan, Rob, Claire, Emily, Bailey, Zachary, Katelyn and Riley; her cousin Nancy Morton; and her nephew Mark Haley. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (609 5th St N, Stillwater, MN 55082). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
