He is survived by : his wife Donnamae; his siblings, Marybeth Carl (Todd), James E. Menard (Peggy) and Diane Menard; and his close friends, Jim, Jodi Krueger and Mike Seggelke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
