Marlene Ritzer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Ritzer of Stillwater, Minnesota, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Elvera Petrich (Venske); her husband Robert Ritzer; her son-in-law Mike Thomas; her father William "Bill" Petrich; her siblings, Margaret Lawrence (Robert), William "Gary" Petrich, Donald Petrich (Glenda) and Robert Petrich; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Petrich, Bill Ritzer, Richard Ritzer, Charlie Ritzer (Ruth), Joe Ritzer, Larry Ritzer, Mary "Sue" Luchsinger (Frank), Jerry Lang and Virginia Ritzer.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Heather) and Kelli Thomas; her grandchildren, Zachary, Paige, Alex, Heavin, Jared, Jace, Jordyn and Justin; her brother Gordon Petrich; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Petrich, Nancy Petrich, Florence Ritzer, Rosemary Ritzer and Marlene Lang.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Simonet Funeral Home (6429 N Osgood Ave, Stillwater, MN 55082). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
