He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his son Douglas (Mary); his stepdaughters, Ann (Tim) and Amy (Rick); his grandchildren, James, Alicia, Emma, Lily and Aric (Alysa); his great grandchildren, Drake, Levi and Henrik; and his sisters-in-law, Joan and Jean.

Memorials are preferred to Lakeview Hospice or St. Judd Children's Cancer Research.
