He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his daughter Kathy Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Mary Lou Calise (Ken), Cindy Sokola (Gary), Tom Etter (Cindy) and Tim Etter (Chris); his granddaughters, Nicole Engman (Jason), Stephanie Schwietz (Mike) and Stacy Schmitz (Joe); his great grandchildren, Eli, Weston Schmitz, Sam and Natalie Schwietz; his siblings, Jerry Etter (Janice) and Joanne Munsterteiger; his sisters-in-law, Alice Etter, Pat DeVito and Phyllis England; and his goddaughter Kelly England. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
