He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Howard Polley and Georgiana Polley. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Eric (Mei), Megan (Joe Cebula) and Jeff (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Ella, Josephine, Max, Benjamin, Grant and Sam; his sisters, Alice Polley and Mary Ann Polley; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Poepping and Rich Batchelor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his 51-year-old pet.
