He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Blazejewski and Clara Blazejewski (Borowicz); his sister Mary Kujava (Evald); his son-in-law Brian Lehrer; his siblings-in-law, Dewayne Banaszewski Sr., Carol Benke and Janet Gostanczik; and his in-laws, Frank and Florence Banaszewski.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Banaszewski; his children, Rochelle Anderson (Lynn Szczepanski), Renae Lehrer, Jason Blazejewski (Erin), Rachel Pearson (Jonathan), Tiffany Bring (Jeff), Tara Holmstrom (Dustin), Justin Blazejewski and Aaron Blazejewski; his grandchildren, Austyn, Bailey (Erin), Madyson (Dylan), Jordan, Wylie, Livia, Ryder, Emma, Avery, Isabel, Ada, Cale, Rhett, Afton, Brant, Brekken, Corbyn, Bromley, Blaine, Boone, Berks and Kora; his great grandchild Asher; his sister Barbara Banaszewski; and his brother-in-law Raymond Benke.
