He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sarja and Ida Sarja; and his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Pochucha (Alex) of Champlin, MN, Christine Sarja of Shakopee, MN, Catherine Sarja of Shakopee, MN and Kevin Sarja (Deborah Filipiak) of Swan River, MN; his grandchildren, Michelle Danielson (Jordan) and Michael Pochucha; his great grandchild Maverick; his sisters, Ingrid Heikkila (Archie) and Karen Aalto (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Kangas and Larry Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
