With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Thune of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Helle and Janette Helle (Jacobson); her husband Ernie Thune; her son Garry Ferman; and her siblings, Laura Cariveau, Norman Helle, Lester Helle and Harvey Helle.

She is survived by : her children, Virginia Stensrud and Jeffrey Thune (Nancy Roberts) of Prior Lake, MN; her granddaughter Stephanie Finstad (Rob); her great grandchildren, Dylan Finstad, Jerzie Finstad and Mylah Finstad; and her brothers, Dan Helle of Waconia, MN and Gerald Helle (Jean). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
