It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Earl Bugge of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Berge and June Lila Bugge (Lund); and his brother Keith Bugge. He is survived by : his wife Ruth Ramse; his children, Shawn (Kelly) and Brandon; his grandchildren, Taylor, Torie (Parker Holt) and Tiera; his brothers, Neil Bugge (Sharon) and John Bugge (Sharon "Shari"); and his sister-in-law Leona Bugge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
