He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mosbeck and Mable Mosbeck; his daughter Jonell Mosbeck; his grandson Ben Mosbeck; his brothers, Warren and Veral Mosbeck; and his stepmother Ruth Mosbeck.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Iverson; his children, Kelly Mosbeck (Marilyn), Diane Johnson (Gary), David Mosbeck (Carol), Alan Mosbeck (Cindy) and Marci Goldade (Craig); his grandchildren, Stephen Stavenes (Stacey), Sarah Moose (Eric), Emily Hermanson (Ryan), Miriah Sannes (Jared), Zach Johnson (Kelsey), Rachael Johnson, Jessica Weaver (Mark), Mackenzie Amy (Dustin Ohlhauser), Alex Amy, Josh Mosbeck (Aly Hennen), Ian Mosbeck, Tyler Goldade and Alexis Goldade; his stepbrother Virgil Larson (Verena); and his sisters-in-law, June Mosbeck and Clara Iverson. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

To celebrate Donald's life and faith, the family kindly requests memorials be made to Black River Church in lieu of flowers.
