He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Vraa and Marion Vraa (Erickson); his sister Susan Eck; his grandparents, Selmer, Bertha Erickson, Gilbert and Helen Vraa; his father-in-law Donald Horachek; and his brother-in-law Gerald Johnsrud.
He is survived by: his wife Berny Horachek of Ann's Catholic Church; his daughters, Lesley Brouse (Jeff) and Courtney Salo (Jason); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jaxon, Jorja, Chesney and Hudson; his siblings, Gary Vraa (Valerie), David Vraa, Richard Vraa and Marilyn Miller (Robert); his mother-in-law Eleanor Horachek; and his sisters-in-law, Susie Johnsrud (Larry) and Fern Johnsrud. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ekelund Lutheran Church (34477 130th St NE, Goodridge, MN 56725). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
