He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Sr. and Leola Margaret Cullen (Portwine); his wife Virginia Critser of Bernard's Catholic Church; his siblings, Robert Cullen, Loretta Stucy (Edward), Tommy Cullen (Marilyn) and Joe Cullen; his siblings-in-law, Jan Cullen, Warren Syverson and Ray Kuznia; his siblings' children, Jenny Cullen and Greg Syverson; and his great-nephews, Chad Johnson, AJ Wavra and Derek Alby.
He is survived by: his children, Shelley Giauque (Paul) of Cape Coral, FL and Anthony Cullen (Dottie) of East Helena, MT; his grandchildren, Riley Giauque (Anna), Hailey Briggs (Jacob), Kieth Cullen, Thomas Cullen, Allyn Cullen, Mattie Cullen, Will Cullen, Tate Cullen, Hannah Otremba, Alaynah Otremba, Logan Otremba, Dominiq Holmgren, Lilly Holmgren, Annie Jane Cullen, Brooklyn Salentiny, Connor Salentiny and Peter Salentiny; and his siblings, John Cullen (Louise), Agnes Kuznia and Margaret Syverson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
