He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kotrba and Elsie Kotrba (Mack); his wife Judy; and his parents-in-law, Harland and Anna Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Lynelle Kotrba of Los Angeles, CA, Brian Kotrba (Tina Hell) and Cara Kotrba of Warren, MN; his grandchildren, Logan, Kalen, Shelby and Lola; and his siblings, Bonnie Griffin of Temple, TX, Barb Holen of Grand Forks, ND, Mary Hanson (Bruce) of Grand Forks, ND, Jacob Kotrba Jr. (Diane) of Fargo, ND and Linda Ottoboni (Gary) of San Mateo, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
