He is survived by: his wife Ruth Nofsinger; his children, Derek (Michele), Bonnie (Kevin) and Warren (Tracy); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Lance, Ashley, Dianna, Kirsten, Cody, Travis, Kalicia, McKaylah, Steven and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Scarlett and Margot.
