He is survived by : his wife Cathy; his sons, Joshua and Michael; his grandchildren, Jaida of Scottsdale, AZ, Ellie and Kail; his brother David Hagen (Sandy); and his nephews, Jason Hruby (Ginger), Tim Hruby (Alissa) and Brian Hruby (Mariah). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
