He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Satre; his parents, Arne and Kornelia; his siblings, Oscar, Otto, Melvin, Inga Ulla, Clara Boe, Alma Svenpladsen, Miranda Skaaren, Benora Falk and Lila Holthusen; and his nephews, Milo Hagen and Paul Holthusen.
He is survived by: his children, Baylen Hagen (Jan), Marlene Hagen, Mavis Hagen and Rodney Hagen (Sherri); his grandson Cory Hagen (Jordan); his stepgrandchildren, Geoffrey, Justyne, Dayle, Russell, Nolan, Matthew, Jill and Linnae; his great grandchildren, Violet and Oliver Hagen; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kember, Keston, Kutler, Lyrick, Theryn, Lainey and Edyn Jo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Services Inc (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701).
