With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Anderson of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his wife Charlette (Jane); and his parents, Harold and Katie. He is survived by: his children, Colette Voecks (Brian), Georgette Philipp (Darren), Robert Anderson (Lorna) of Plymouth, MN and Derrick Anderson (Regan) of Moore, OK; his grandchildren, Justin Voecks (Tessa), Jared Voecks (Ashli), Lacey Henrickson (Reece), Dalton Philipp, Dylan Philipp, Jessica Anderson, Daniel Anderson, Bethany Anderson and Arthur Anderson; his great grandchildren, Kendall Voecks, Josslyn Voecks, Nash Voecks, Nico Voecks, Weslen Voecks, Daxton Henrickson, Whitley Henrickson and Cameron Dimich; and his siblings, Roger Anderson (Palma), Bruce Anderson (Kris) of Minneapolis, MN, Scott Anderson of Wausau, WI and Kathy Rein (Rod) of Wausau, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
