He is survived by: his wife Lana Bulger (VandeStreek); his son John Bulger; his grandchildren, Brady Bulger (Courtnie), Olivia Bulger (Weston) and Parker Holt (Torie); his son-in-law Allen Holt; his great grandchild Ronni Bulger; and his siblings, Greg Bulger, Lori Johnson (Dan), Polly Olson (Bryan), Jenny Langevin (Dale), Barb Nelson (Gary) and Mary Matter (Ralph).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
