He was predeceased by: his wife Ginger; and his siblings, Ray "Jack" Cummings Jr., Eileen Lawson and Mary Ann Sparks. He is survived by: his caregiver Ginger; his daughters, Kim Blomberg (Tim Schliep) and Karmen Lockwood (David); his grandchildren, Robert Blomberg and Kali Blomberg; his great grandchildren, Ashtyn and Brooklyn Nelson; and his sister Patricia Husby (Richard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
