He is survived by : his wife Theresa Malek (Levar); his father James Malek Sr. (Faith); his half-sister Roseanne Malek; his brother James Malek Jr. (Stacey Moen); his nephew Jacob Malek (Leah); his niece Courtney Malek; his brother Josef Malek (Sue); his nephew Michael Malek; his brother Karel Malek (Jade); his nephew Chase Malek; and his niece Chelsea Malek.
