He is survived by: his wife Jennie Bruss Ziemke of Tracy; his children, David Ziemke Jr. (Angie), Amanda Ziemke, Jaclyn Bretschneider (Joe) and Jessica Bruss (Nick); his grandchildren, Indy, Kristian, Eva, Jessie, Lucas and Thomas; his siblings, Janet Hill, Koreen Ziemke (Bill), Kathy Ziemke (Tom), Bill Ziemke (Khris) and Arlo Ziemke (Julie); his siblings-in-law, David Rykhus (Linda), Harvey Rykhus (Ina), Jeff Rykhus (Karen), Rick Rykhus (Dawn), Todd Kopischke (Kelly) and Joyce St. Pierre; and his stepdaughter Missy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
