He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bock and Marguerite Bock (Olsen); his parents-in-law, Otto and Lucille Goedtel; his granddaughter Maddy Sake; his siblings, Janet Bock and Neal Bock; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Goedtel and Charles Bremer.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bock of Truman; his children, Randy Bock (Jen) of Fairmont, Shelley Sake (Mike) of Woodbury, Brad Bock (Lisa) of Waconia and Mandy Lambrecht (Jesse) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Alyssa Sake, Abby Stertz (Jesse), Allison Thaemlitz (Josh), Cole Seeman (Kendall Hedberg), Lauren Bock, Alex Bock, Treyson Lambrecht and Cecilia Lambrecht; his stepgrandsons, Derek Slaughter (Kelsy) and Dustin Slaughter; his great grandchildren, Savannah Stertz, Henry Stertz, Jennings Thaemlitz and Bowen Thaemlitz; his stepgreat-granddaughter Blakely Slaughter; his siblings, Cheryl Cherland (Roger) of Lone Rock, IA, Tom Bock (Julie) of Bemidji and Ardis Gens (Gary) of Vernon Center; and his siblings-in-law, Jenny Goedtel of Troy, MI, Barb Bremer of Fairmont, Dennis Goedtel (Jana) of Mankato and Dave Goedtel (Judi) of Eden Prairie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (205 Albion Ave, Fairmont, MN 56031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
