He was predeceased by : his parents, Rollo Rich and Vera Rich (Spencer); his daughter-in-law Josephina Rich; his siblings, Marlin, Marilyn, Marsha and Glen; and his nephew Chris Wiegert.

He is survived by : his children, Roger Rich Jr., Belinda Miller (David), Dennis Rich, Steven Rich, William "Bill" Rich (Shari) and Kevin Rich (Carol); and his siblings, Charlene Johnson, Nancy Fetters (Chris), Yvonne Wiegert and Ross Rich. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
