She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Anderson (Dick); her siblings, Jack Modahl, Betty Ellis, Fern Magee and Jean Rappana; and her parents, Torkel Modahl and Pauline Modahl.

She is survived by: her children, Kris Fraune (Mark) of Apple Valley, MN, Carter Anderson (Theresa), Inver and Clay Anderson (Megan) of Lakeville, MN; her grandchildren, Jack (Hannah), Sara (Caleb), Peter, Amy (Ben), Marit (Ryan), Luke (Ali), Tom, Molly and Casey; her great grandchildren, Lena, Cullen, Evie, Charlotte, Quynn and Lucy; and her brother Torkel "Tom" Modahl (Jan). She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Memorials preferred to First Lutheran Church, Park Hill Cemetery or donors choice.
