It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arne Irving Martinson of Twin Valley, Minnesota, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Martinson and Anna Martinson (Evenson); his son Mark; and his siblings, Mavis Jerdee, Arcell, Duane (Waetta) and Gene.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja; his sibling Valley (Dairy Queens); his children, Toni Martinson of San Diego, CA and Rick Martinson (Valerie) of Barnesville, MN; his daughter-in-law Tanya Martinson (Jason Thompson) of Barnesville; his grandchildren, Brooks Martinson (Jaycie Hinrichs), Ryan Martinson, Kailee Strand (Michael), Seth Martinson (Sydney) and Sidney Thorson (Joe); and his brother Lowell Martinson (Pat) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
