He is survived by: his son Warren Flowers (Kim) of Adams, TN; his grandchildren, Jared and Shawn; his child Jamie Bogart (Gus) of Riverside, CA; his grandchildren, Kim and Karen; his son Clark Miller Jr. of Riverside, CA; his siblings, Errol "Buzz" Miller (Deb) of Gary and Diane Bauer of Vale, SD; and his caregiver Darlene Lampton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
