With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elaine S. Mattson of Two Harbors, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elaine left this world on July 26, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hungerford and Joan Hungerford (McGregor); and her brother Robert Hungerford. She is survived by: her children, Jason Hungerford, Ferris Hungerford (Carley) and Veronica Mattson (Matt Oberg); her grandchildren, Brent (Morgan), Ariana, Catherine, Danielle, Haley and Denny; her great grandchildren, Laken, Baylor and Brecken; and her siblings, Yvonne Highland (Bert) and James Hungerford (Linda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1300 7th Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616).
