We bid farewell to Geraldine Patricia Hanson of Two Harbors, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 28, 2025 at the age of 88. Geraldine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wallace and Agnes Wallace (Downs); and her husband Jim Hanson. She is survived by: her children, Laura Anderson (Paul) of Hermantown, Carolyn Bergman (Clyde) of Two Harbors, Ann Arneson (Mike) of Chippewa Falls, WI, Joan Krecker (Gary) of Turtle Lake, WI, Eric Hanson (Viola) of Two Harbors and Chris Hanson (Renee Moe) of Duluth; and her sisters-in-law, Ella Jackson (Lyle) of Duluth, Susan Hubbartt (Del) of Knife River, Annette Hammitt of Barnum and Lillian Hanson of Two Harbors. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cavallin Funeral Home (426 2nd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Knife River Lutheran Church (158 Church Rd, Knife River, MN 55609).
