Though Janis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Saker and Lily Saker (Flaaten); and her siblings, Ardell, Wayne, Laurel and Ruth Ann.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Jenkins; and her children, Suzanne Filip (David), Terry Jenkins (Lynn), LeiLonnie Jambois (Scott) and Laura Jenkins. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (602 4th Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616).
