It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Petersen of Tyler, Minnesota, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorgen Petersen and Dora Petersen (Christensen); his wife Delores Petersen of Lake Benton, Minnesota.; his daughter Joyce Petersen; his sons-in-law, Curt Hoff and Scott Ripley; his siblings, Roy Petersen, Myrtle Gruis, Bert Petersen, Clarence Petersen and Chester Petersen; and his great grandchild Alexis Lippert.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Hoff of Sacred Heart, Deanna Boddy (Jerry) of New Ulm, Mary Ripley of River Falls and Dorothy Bau (Curt) of De Smet. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
