He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius O'Hotto and Florence O'Hotto (Jarnot); and his brother Lawrence O'Hotto. He is survived by: his wife Delores Czech of Elmdale; his children, Tim O'Hotto of Elmdale, Mike O'Hotto of Elmdale and Sharon Wolbeck (Lee Morrow) of Freeport; his sisters, Audrey Broda (Ervin) of Cushing and Arliss Sobiech (Gene) of Sobieski; his grandson Jason Wolbeck (April); and his great grandchild Luca.
