She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Voss and Lorna Voss; her husband Walter M. Nelson; her sons, Paul and Carl; and her brother Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Laurel Jordan (Donald) of Irving, Texas, Keith Nelson (Julie Feirtag), Marcia Danker (Bill) of Rougemont and Lisa Dahl (Patrick) of Brookings; her grandchildren, Gregory Kruger, Stefanie Danker (Byron), Charisse Logan (Scott), Woodrow Dahl (Allison), Paul Nelson, William Danker, Ryan Danker, Aaron Danker and Hannah Bigley (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Soren, Theo, Delilah, Jackson and Rowan; and her siblings, Madeline Harris (Tom), Terry Voss, Virginia Richter (Larry) and Denton Voss (Jane).
