Gergen of Vermillion, Minnesota, born in Hastings, Minnesota, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Gergen and Elizabeth Gergen (Bauer); his brothers, Martin and John; his children, Michael and Mary; and his grandson Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Gergen; his children, James (Ann), Gerald, Sharon (Christopher), Kirsten (Robert), Alayna (Chip), Liza and Daniel (Sharon); his sisters, Betty Beskau and Mary Jane Harrington; and his sister-in-law Kathy Gergen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
