He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bounds; his children, Cindy Goeden (Lyle) of Sebeka, Deb Schwartz (Rick) of Wadena and Steven Thomson (Wendi Milczark) of Milaca; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Bounds, Doug Bounds and Dean Bounds (Julie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (710 Franklin Ave SW, Wadena, MN 56482). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
