She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond and Franchon Radtke; her brother Dane; her mother-in-law Jeanne Poppy; her uncle Jesse; and her cherished Geno.
She is survived by: her mother Cindy Schultz (Radtke); her husband Josh Poppy; her children, Nevin Poppy and Ava Poppy; her father LaMont Schultz; her father-in-law John Poppy; her sister-in-law Jen Poppy; and her aunts and uncles, Renee Kauffmann, Charlie (Sandy Radtke), Lanny Lenzen, Robin (Frank Kerkvliet), Stephanie Radtke, Rawelin (Kim Radtke) and Jennifer (John Gilbertson). She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has opened a 529 account for Ava's college education or you can make a donation to Josh Nix and his team at Fit 4 Recovery, allowing them to continue the work that they do helping people with spinal cord injuries, or who have had a stroke to regain their strength, gain back their independence, and do things with their bodies that no one expected them to do again.
