The memory of Carol R. (Anderson) Schaefer of Victoria, Minnesota, who passed away on October 22, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Andersen and Blanche Andersen; her husband David A. Schaefer; her brother Bruce; and her sister-in-law Pam Andersen.
She is survived by: her sisters, Sharon, Beatrice (Rob), Sue and Betsy; and her children, Katharine Boreen (late Phillip), Tim Schaefer (Vickie), Peggy Darst, Linda Schaefer, Mary Kay Solverson (Ritch) and John Schaefer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
