He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bentson and Mildred Bentson (Hegg). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Kooiker; his children, Daniel Bentson (Sophie) of Eden Prairie and Julie Kendrick (Troy) of Minnetrista; his grandchildren, Mary Zouke, Danica Kendrick, Soren Kendrick and Zoe Bentson; and his sister Vivian Alexander of Bloomington. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
