He is survived by: his wife Jo (Kajer); his daughters, Amy Bloch (Troy) and Anne Wittenborg (Andrew); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Bloch and Will Wittenborg; and his sister Judy Shores (Nick Betancort). He is also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital to support families during their cancer journey.
