She was predeceased by: her parents, John Markley and Ann Markley (Pattschull); her son Matt Carlson; and her brother Dean Markley. She is survived by: her son Brett Carlson (Crystal Maki) of Tower; her brother Russ Markley of Minneapolis; and her grandson Jack Carlson.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1111 S 8th Ave W, Virginia, MN 55792). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
