She is survived by: her husband Anthony Mazzeo III; her stepsister Kathryne Kotke; her grandchildren, Amanda Hmielenski, Dylan Hmielenski (Kelly), Jorden Pluchino, Hannah Berning (Joshua), Ashley Carpenter (Robert), Tasha Mazzeo (Antwon Johnson), Zachary Mazzeo and Leo Goggleye; her great grandchildren, Ella Rose Hmielenski, Abigail Olson, Elizabeth Carpenter, Hannah Carpenter, Anthony Carpenter, Natasha Johnson, Bella Johnson and Gracie Johnson; Anthony Mazzeo III, Theresa Hmielenski (David), Carolynne Pluchino (Steven), William Mazzeo (Claudine) and David Mazzeo (Karlena Flaschberger). She is also survived by numerous nieces: nephews.
