She was predeceased by: her father Francis W. Engrav; her husband Roger Sam; her mother Mary Lou; her sister Margaret (Peggy); and her great grandchild Baby Andie.
She is survived by: her son Alan C. Engrav; her siblings, Rose Espiritu, Gene Engrav and Mary Jo Engrav; and her son Brandon Engrav. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
