He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Eloise Johnson (Eblen); his wife Phyllis; and his brothers, Mike and Ron.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Johnson (Alyssa) of Embarrass. He is also survived by eight siblings.
