She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Lockwood and Edith Lockwood; her brothers, David Lockwood and Johnny Lockwood; and her nephews, Paul Lockwood and Jamie Lockwood (Einer).
She is survived by: her husband David Kurtz; her children, Michelle (Chad Lexvold) and Scott (Jill); her grandchildren, Nick, Ryan Kurtz and Vannis Smith; her brothers, Jim Lockwood and Bruce Lockwood; and her sister-in-law Mary Lockwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
