He was predeceased by : his father Patrick. He is survived by : his mother Mary Jo; his significant other Alyssa; his son Dominic; his grandchildren, Zakry and Jay; his siblings, Tina (Steve), Mark (Leah), Matthew (Katelyn), Tayler and Lexi; and his nephews, Junior, Hayden, Kayson and Jaxson. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; a whole lot of extended family and friends.
