She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Reecher (Reed) and Clarence Reecher; her husband Bill of John's Lutheran Church; her grandson William Casie Allen; and her siblings, Duane Reecher and Nancy Rassmussen (George).
She is survived by: her children, Barry (Robin) and Lisa; her grandchildren, Breanna Shores (Dakota), Lukas Kaminsky and Sam Fancher; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Jackson, Charlie, Nakona and Fowler; her sister Mary Donegan (Jerry); and her siblings-in-law, Nikki Nance (Dick) and A. Jack Allen (Sheila). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Carol's honor can be made to the Faith Lutheran Church and the Wabasha Area Food Share.
