He is survived by: his wife Luci Passe; his son Ted Passe (Michele Arens); his grandchildren, Connor, Olivia and Blake; his son Craig Passe (Heather Glidden); his granddaughters, Ella and Leah; his son Geoff Passe (Jackie Eversman); his grandchildren, Jenna Eversman and Grant; his daughter Christina Kiley (Ryan); his granddaughter Evalyn; his brother Fred Passe (Alice); and his brother-in-law Jim Meyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ed's memory may be made to the St. Felix Building Fund, St. Elizabeth's Community Development Foundation, National Eagle Center, or Wabasha-Kellogg Area Community Fund.
